- 1 lb Happy Life Ranch Round Steak
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions:
