Happy Life Ranch Checkout Agreement 🐄🌾

By placing an order on Happy Life Ranch, you agree to the following terms:
     1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products—including meats, eggs, and other farm goods—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. See Happy Life Ranch Returns & Exchange Policy below for additional information.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised during delivery, please contact us immediately at info@happyliferanch.com or 630-877-7718. We will work with you to address legitimate issues.

    2. Pricing
All product prices, including items added to subscriptions, are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of checkout may not reflect future prices. By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept that Happy Life Ranch may adjust prices at its discretion.

     3. Orders and Payment
           - Payment is due at the time of checkout. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Happy Life Ranch to charge the provided method. 
          - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.

     4. Delivery & Pickup
           - Orders will be delivered or available for pickup on the date selected at checkout.
           - Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive perishable items.

     5. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking â€œPlace Order” online or by submitting payment for an order in person at Happy Life Ranch,LLC you confirm that you have:
           - Read and understood this Checkout Agreement,
           - Acknowledge that all sales are final,
           - Agree that prices may change without notice, and
           - Consent to Happy Life Ranch charging your selected payment method.

Happy Life Ranch Returns & Exchange Policy 

At Happy Life Ranch, we take pride in providing the highest quality pasture-raised, ethically sourced meats, eggs, and farm products. Because our products are fresh, perishable, and handled with the utmost care, all sales are final.

What This Means:
- Once an order is placed and payment is completed, we are unable to accept returns or process exchanges.
- We cannot accept returns on fresh meats, eggs, or other perishable items due to food safety concerns.
- Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to ensure it’s exactly what you want.
