Happy Life Ranch provides pasture-raised meats, eggs, farm goods, and related services. These Terms govern all purchases, interactions, and use of our website or in-person marketplace.
By using our site or purchasing from us, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.

2. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are perishable—including meats, eggs, and other farm goods—all sales are final.We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@happyliferanch.com or 630-877-7718 so we may review and address legitimate concerns.

3. Pricing
All product prices, including items within subscriptions, are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Prices shown at the time of purchase may not reflect future pricing.
By placing an order or subscribing, you acknowledge and accept that Happy Life Ranch may adjust pricing at its discretion.

4. Orders & Payment
     - Payment is due at checkout.
     - By submitting your payment online, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method.
     - For on-site purchases, submitting payment constitutes the same acceptance of these Terms as online checkout.
     - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors.

5. Delivery & Pickup
     - Delivery or pickup will occur on the date selected at checkout.
     - Customers must provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive perishable goods.
     - Once delivered to the provided address, responsibility for product condition is transferred to the buyer.

6. Acceptance of Terms at Checkout or On-Site
By clicking “Place Order” online or by submitting payment in person at Happy Life Ranch, LLC, you confirm that you:
     - Have read and understood this Checkout Agreement and Terms of Service,
     - Acknowledge that all sales are final,
     - Agree that prices may change without notice, and
     - Authorize Happy Life Ranch to charge your chosen payment method or accept in-person payment as acknowledgment of these terms.

7. SMS/Text Messaging
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Happy Life Ranch for:
     - Order updates
     - Delivery or pickup notifications
     - Account-related communication
    - Promotions, specials, and ranch announcements
Message frequency may vary. Standard carrier message/data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.
We reserve the right to contact you via SMS in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

8. Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because we sell perishable goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there is a legitimate issue (damaged packaging, missing items, incorrect product, or a delivery problem), notify us within 24 hours so we can evaluate and make it right where appropriate.
Our Commitment to You: While we cannot offer returns or exchanges, we are committed to your satisfaction. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately at info@happyliferanch.com. We will work with you to make it right, whether that means replacing the product or finding another solution.

9. Product Availability
Products may sell out or become unavailable without notice. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may:
     - Replace with a comparable item,
     - Offer a credit, or Refund the affected portion of your order.

10. Limitation of Liability
Happy Life Ranch is not liable for:
     - Improper handling or storage after delivery or pickup
     - Missed delivery due to inaccurate information
     - Customer allergies, sensitivities, or reactions
     - Losses due to delay caused by factors outside our control (weather, carriers, emergencies, etc.)
Your use of our products is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
