Locally raised on open pasture with no antibiotics or added hormones, our lambs are ethically and humanely raised, free to graze on natural grasses and forage. This results in tender, flavorful meat with a clean, rich taste.

Product Details:

• Processed & Packaged: USDA-inspected, professionally butchered, vacuum-sealed, and labeled for easy storage and use.
• Cut Options: Includes premium cuts such as chops, roasts, ground lamb, shanks, and more (custom cuts may be available).
• Availability: half lamb.
• Average Weight: 55 lbs 
• Pickup/Delivery: Available for pickup at Happy Life Ranch; delivery may be arranged.
• Once your lamb is delivered to the butcher, we’ll weigh it that day and charge the balance due to your card on file. You’ll then have the opportunity to specify your preferred cuts directly to the butcher. When your lamb is ready, we’ll pick it up from the butcher and notify you to arrange either delivery or pickup at our ranch.
• After placing your deposit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with additional details about available cuts and instructions for the butcher.
