Seafood King Salmon Filet

Wild Alaskan King Salmon, also called Chinook, is the largest species of Alaskan Salmon. King Salmon has the highest oil content in salmon species, giving it the highest amount of Omega-3 fatty acids with an amazing flavor and semi-soft texture. The hand-cut portions come individually vacuum-sealed and are blast frozen immediately after the catch. Due to the size of the King Salmon, some of the filets will contain pin bones. Each portion is approximately 6 to 10 ounces in size and will feed 1 to 2 people. Go ahead and treat yourself!
