Thank you for choosing our 100% pasture-raised beef! We’re committed to providing you with high-quality, corn and soy-free, hormone-free, antibiotic-free, and non-GMO beef, all raised with care on our ranch.
Once your beef is delivered to the butcher, we’ll weigh it that day and charge the balance due to your card on file. We will then reach out to you with the weight and to gather your specific cutting instructions. When your beef is ready, we’ll pick it up from the butcher and notify you to arrange either delivery or pickup at our ranch.
After placing your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details about available cuts and the specifics for the butcher. Below is a general estimate, but it gives a good idea of what to expect from a cut breakdown:
