Corn & Soy Free • Non-GMO • Pasture-Raised • No Monoculture Farming

Pork heart is a true nose-to-tail staple—lean, nutrient-dense, and surprisingly tender when prepared properly. With a mild, clean flavor and a texture similar to a very lean steak, pork heart is incredibly versatile and easy to work with. It’s rich without being heavy, making it a favorite for those looking to enjoy traditional cuts with modern simplicity.

Perfect for quick searing, slow braising, or slicing thin for stir-fries and tacos, pork heart absorbs marinades beautifully and cooks best when kept simple. Raised responsibly on pasture and handled with care, this is clean, honest food that honors the whole animal and nourishes your family the way real food should.
