Happy Life Ranch Pre-Order Deposit Policy
Some of our specialty cuts and seasonal items are available by pre-order only. Because these products vary naturally in size and weight, we require a deposit to reserve your item.
How it works:
• A deposit (typically $100) reserves your item.
• Products are priced per pound, and the final price is based on the actual weight when we pack your order at the ranch.
• Once your item is ready:
- If the final total is greater than the deposit, the remaining balance will be charged.
- If the final total is less than the deposit, the difference will be applied as a credit to your Happy Life Ranch account.
We will notify you when your item has arrived and is ready for pickup or delivery.
Because these items are reserved specifically for you, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as store credit if needed.
