Pick up times may vary based on available flights at the time. We will send you flight day/time/details with at least 48 hours notice. 

Please check flight time before you leave to confirm your flight is arriving on time. 

You will be picking up at a cargo site, not the main airport.

Your order can be safely stored at the cargo building for up to two hours after flight arrival time.

Please be prepared to show a valid US ID.

There may be some partial thawing of the product, this is perfectly normal and safe to refreeze.
