✨ Pickup Description – What to Expect

Thank you for choosing to pick up your order at Hobby (Houston) airport cargo! Here’s everything you need to know to make your pickup smooth and stress-free:

🕐 Pickup Timing:

•    Pickups generally occur between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM, but exact times may vary based on available flights.
•        We will send you your flight day/time/details with at least 48 hours’ notice.
•        Please check your flight time before leaving to confirm your flight is arriving on time.
•        Your order can be safely stored at the cargo building for up to two hours after flight arrival.

⚠️ Important Notes:

•        You will be picking up at a cargo site, not the main airport terminal.
•        A valid US ID is required — cargo staff will check it before releasing your order.
•        Some partial thawing of the product may occur during transport. This is perfectly normal and safe to refreeze at home.

🚗 What to Expect When You Arrive:

•        Follow the signs to the Cargo entrance.
•        Park in the designated cargo area and head inside to the service counter.
•        Provide your name and show your photo ID.
•        Staff will bring your order right out to you.
