1. PROMOTION NAME: This promotion is the Happy Life Ranch America 250 Promotional Raffle (“Raffle”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, immediate family members, and household members of Happy Life Ranch are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD: Entries will be accepted beginning on the date the Raffle is announced and ending July 4, 2026 at 2:59 PM CST. The drawing will take place July 4, 2026 at 3:00 PM CST, live on the Happy Life Ranch Facebook page.

4. HOW TO ENTER

• Tickets may be purchased online at happyliferanch.com or in person at Happy Life Ranch events or locations.
• Ticket price: $10 per entry.
• There is no limit to the number of entries per person.
• Each ticket equals one (1) entry.
• No purchase is necessary where prohibited by law.

5. PRIZES (5 TOTAL WINNERS)

• Grand Prize (1 Winner): $250 in Happy Life Ranch meat credit per month for 12 months. Total value: $3,000
• Second Prize (1 Winner): $150 in Happy Life Ranch meat credit per month for 12 months. Total value: $1,800
• Third Prize (1 Winner): $100 in Happy Life Ranch meat credit per month for 12 months. Total value: $1,200
• Fourth & Fifth Prizes (2 Winners): $100 one-time Happy Life Ranch meat credit

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS

• “Meat credit” is issued as Happy Life Ranch store credit only.
• Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and non-refundable.
• Monthly credits must be used within the month issued and do not roll over.
• Credits may be applied toward eligible Happy Life Ranch products only.
• Winners must have or create a Happy Life Ranch customer account to receive prizes.
• Pickup, delivery, or shipping options may apply based on location and availability.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected at random during the live drawing on July 4, 2026 at 3:00 PM CST on the Happy Life Ranch Facebook page. Winners will also be contacted using the phone number and/or email provided at entry. If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. TAXES: Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving a prize.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Happy Life Ranch, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Raffle or use of any prize.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: 

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Raffle.
• Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Meta.

11. GOVERNING LAW: This Raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
