Beef Skirt Steak

This is one of Melissa's (many) favorites, especially for breakfast with all the fixins. A good marinade with some citrus like lemon will break down the fibers and give you a super tender steak. Long, narrow, flat and less tender boneless steak is extremely flavorful and holds its own when paired with other bold flavors. For a better eating experience, we recommend that you use a steak knife to cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.

 This cut has so much bold, beefy flavor. We're sure you'll love it as a steak or cut down after cooking for fajitas.
