Beef Boneless Sirloin Tip Steak

The sirloin tip steak is a cut of beef that comes from the sirloin section of the cow, specifically from the hip and upper round areas. This is a relatively lean, flavorful cut that offers great value compared to more premium steaks like ribeye or filet mignon.
