Round steak is a lean and budget-friendly cut of beef that comes from the round primal of the cow, which is the rear leg portion. It’s a relatively tough cut of meat due to the muscle fibers being used for movement, but with the right cooking techniques, it can be tender and flavorful.This is our favorite cut to use for tacos and fajitas! It is a less expensive beef cut and also quite lean.
