CSA Program
Happy Life Ranch is a small, sustainable family ranch. Our name speaks to our approach. A happy life for all. Respect to the end. We believe our practices produce a better product in taste and quality. We supply meat to families throughout the Chicago and Northwest Indiana Area, including local farm to table restaurants and venues.
We are offering weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subscription programs for our pasture-raised chicken, pork, lamb, and beef. Each week receive a variety of cuts and recipes to guide you to a healthy and more sustainable lifestyle. We raise on pasture. Our livestock roams freely. We only use organic and non-GMO feed and never treat with antibiotics or hormones. Pick up and delivery will be customized to suit your needs and the farm operation overall.
The program can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or fully customizable.
Each share will be comprised of a variety of chicken, pork, lamb, and beef in various cuts depending on the program you sign up for.
Please call with at least 48 hours of notice if any changes need to be made to your pick-up or delivery.
You get an additional 10% discount on any a la carte meats you may want to add to your package. Customers receive our comprehensive item price list.
We will email you when we have specials or special cuts available. Follow us on Facebook; we always post specials there.
We guarantee (1) Turkey for Thanksgiving and (1) spiral cut ham or roast for Christmas. Payment plans are available for this package.
Produce can be added to your package upon request. Organically-grown produce options start the second week in June.
Pasture-raised eggs can be added to your program for an additional cost (minimum 48-hours before your meat package is delivered to ensure availability).

The Small Farm Box CSA Package (10-15 lbs of meat total) typically includes: 3-5 pounds of ground beef, 3-5 pounds of chicken (whole, cut-up and/or breast) and 3-5 pounds of pork (various cuts, including chops, pork steaks, ham, bacon, etc.).

The Medium Farm Box CSA Package (15-20 lbs of meat total) typically includes: 3-5 pounds of ground beef, 3-5 pounds of chicken (whole, cut-up and/or breast) and 3-5 pounds of pork (various cuts, including chops, pork steaks, ham, bacon, etc.) and 3-5 pounds of premium beef (steaks and roast).

The Large Farm Box CSA Package (20-25 lbs of meat total) typically includes: 3-5 pounds of ground beef, 3-5 pounds of chicken (whole, cut-up and/or breast) and 3-5 pounds of pork (various cuts, including chops, pork steaks, ham, bacon, etc.), 3-5 pounds of premium beef (steaks and roast) and 3-5 pound of Lamb/Goat (various cuts).

One Time Farm Boxes
No more going to the store for your meat. Sign up for one of our fully customizable CSA packages and have it delivered, shipped or pick it up right here at the ranch. Farm Fresh Eggs
Our egg laying hens are free range, pasture raised chickens and are fed a non-GMO/soy free/antibiotic free/hormone free diet. They eat what nature intended was they run free on our pastures able to consume what the land provides. When you stop by the ranch, drive slow because these hens are everywhere.

All Natural Lamb
Pasture raised, non-GMO fed, soy free & corn free, no antibiotic or hormone lamb. Browse our selection, we offer every cut imaginable including organs. Our lambs are fed by their mommas for at least 6 weeks and are naturally weaned on pasture with the herd. it takes anywhere between 1 1/2 - 2 years to raise. We allow them to graze our clean pastures until they are ready. No rushing the growth process.

Seasonal Turkey

Raw Dog Food
We offer beef, boar, chicken and turkey with no additives. This is strictly the protein with the meat, bones, organs and marrow from the whole animal ground up to provide your furry family member a healthy diet.
